Hansika is To Join The Singam 2 Team & Comedian will Be Santhanam

Hansika Motwani Bagging a role opposite Surya Anushka Shetty movie, to be directed by Hari. The film though not a sequel of Singham, the team of Singham has been retained for this film too.

After considering several names including Sonam Kapoor to fill the glam part for the sequel to his earlier blockbuster Singham with Surya again, Hari was convinced that Hansika would fit the bill perfectly.

Hansika had been part of many multi starrer movies off late. Except Mapillai and Engeyum Kadhal her film have been a multi starrer. Be it Velayudham, Vettai Mannan with Simbu, solo heroine movie Oru Kal Oru Kannadi with Udhayanidhi Stalin directed by Rajesh which is gearing for release.

This film will have Santhanam for comedy relief instead of Vivek. Director Hari had earlier informed that they are on the look out for the second heroine for the film apart from Anushka. Now it is confirmed to be Hansika.
