Uthamaputhiran, a film starring Danush and Genelia in lead roles is all set for its audio launch in Chennai on Tuesday. The movie is directed by Mithran R Jawahar. The film is a remake of Telugu hit ‘Ready’
Director Jawahar is a former associate of Dhansuh’s brother Selvaraghavan. Jawahar worked with Dhanush earlier in in ‘Yaaradi Nee Mohini’ and ‘Kutty’.
“The movie is a mix of action, romance and sentiments”, Jawahar says and adds: “Vijay Antony has come out with a collection of beautiful songs. His music is one of the important highlights of the film”.
The movie is directed by Sreenu Vaitla in Telugu featuring Ram and Genelia in the lead roles. “There was a huge demand for the remake rights of the movie. Thank the Almighty, we won the bid”, say ‘Uthamaputhiran’ producers Mohan Apparao and T Ramesh.
