Simbu’s loss is Vijay’s gain?

From long time it is said that the ace director Lingusamy will be making a new project that has Simbu in the lead role. But now the shocking buzz in the industry is that Simbu has been dismissed from this project as he suddenly announced one more new project ‘Vaanam’ and on the other hand he is busy with his long time waited film ‘Poda Podi’.

Sources said that the Simbu had given finalized dates to Lingusamy and producer Dhyanidhi Alagiri that he will do their film in August after he completes his first schedule of his ‘Poda Podi’ but his sudden decision of starting the shooting of ‘Vaanam’ without informing has irked Lingusamy.

Sources close to the director says “It was shocking and an unprofessional approach of Simbu which really put off Lingusamy and Dorai, as all his dates were pushed forward which will delay our film.”

Adding more to this shocking news, the interesting news is that Vijay would be playing the lead role in this project and the discussions are going on with him.

Sources say “Since Vijay is on the verge of completing ‘Kaaval Kadhal’ and his other movie ‘Velayudham’ which went to floors a few days ago will be completed in one ago, he has agreed to do Lingusamy’s film.”
